Chris Bird CEOChris Bird
Chief Executive Officer
Chris Bird is the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of Reliant Post-Acute Care Solutions. Chris has been an executive in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years with experience overseeing large multi-state/site businesses in the dialysis sector, ambulatory surgery and diagnostic imaging, contract therapy, dental, urgent care and hospital sectors. Prior to joining Reliant, Chris served as the COO of FastMed Urgent Care and the CEO of ReachOut Healthcare America. He also served in senior executive roles with DaVita, Tenet, and Kindred Healthcare as the President of RehabCare. Chris has an MBA from Harvard University, an MPH from Columbia University, and a Master’s in Leadership from the University of Southern California.
 

Peggy Gourgues COOPeggy Gourgues
Chief Operating Officer
Peggy Gourgues is Chief Operating Officer of Reliant Post-Acute Care Solutions, where she manages operations for the company’s growing PACN, Reliant Rehabilitation and Reliant Medical Management divisions. Peggy holds an M.A. in Speech Pathology, a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech Language Pathology, and has practiced in home health, private practice, skilled nursing and acute care hospital settings. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, a member of the Healthcare Compliance Association, and a 2014 Board Member of the National Association for the Support of Long Term Care. Peggy has worked in healthcare management for the past 11 years and joined Reliant in 2004.

Dr. Robert Harrington CMORobert Harrington, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Robert Harrington is the Chief Medical Officer of Reliant Post-Acute Care Solutions, where he provides clinical leadership and oversight of the evidence-based clinical protocols central to Reliant’s Post-Acute Care Network model of care. Dr. Harrington previously served as the CMO for hospitalist physician staffing firm Locum Leaders and as a hospital medicine consultant for practice restructuring and optimization. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Harrington completed his medical school training at Temple University School of Medicine and a residency in family medicine at The Medical Center of Delaware (Christiana Care). He is currently the president-elect of the Society of Hospital Medicine Board of Directors, where he has served for the past four years.

Stephanie Necaise CDOStephanie Necaise
Chief Development Officer
Stephanie Necaise joined the Reliant Rehabilitation team as Vice President of Operations in 2007 and currently serves as the Chief Development Officer for Reliant Post-Acute Care Solutions. She has more than 18 years of successful experience in the healthcare industry providing clinical, fiscal, and strategic operations leadership. Stephanie is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and the National Association of Professional Women, the latter of which named her a 2014 Executive Woman of the Year. Stephanie earned her M.S. in Speech Language Pathology in the late 90s and is a 2013 graduate of the Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business MBA program.

John Thompson CFOJohn C. Thompson
Chief Financial Officer
John Thompson is the Chief Financial Officer of Reliant Post-Acute Care Solutions, having joined the Company in May 2016.  He has over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare industry in public and privately owned companies with deep experience in strategy, finance, and acquisitions and development.  Prior to Reliant, JT served as the President and CFO of Merit Health Systems, an owner operator of acute care hospitals from 2003-2013 and as Executive Vice President of Ventas, a healthcare REIT from 1998-2003.  His health care experience extends further to roles in acquisitions and development for Vencor, Inc (now Kindred Healthcare) and Humana, Inc.  JT’s non-healthcare experiences include serving as President and COO of Velocitel, Inc from 2014-2015 and current roles on the board of directors of private companies.

Austin Lanham - Internal CounselAustin Lanham
General Counsel

Austin Lanham joined the Reliant Post-Acute Care Solutions team in 2014 where he serves as Internal Counsel.  His duties include supporting business development, finance, operations, compliance, and human resources, as well as managing any current litigation.  Prior to joining Reliant, he worked as a civil litigator for two years in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.  A graduate of Texas A&M University, Austin completed his legal education at Florida Coastal School of Law.  He is currently licensed as an attorney in the State of Texas and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, the Collin County Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association.

Amy BrantleyAmy Brantley
Chief Compliance Officer

Prior to becoming Reliant Post-Acute Care Solutions' Chief Compliance Officer, Amy Brantley served as the EVP Chief Compliance Officer for Golden Living with compliance responsibility for all affiliated business lines which included skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation therapy, hospice, healthcare staffing and procurement.  With over ten years of specific experience in the post-acute healthcare profession, Ms. Brantley also has more than twenty years of legal experience with emphasis in labor, employment, compliance and privacy matters.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and is licensed to practice law in the State of Arkansas.  Her certifications include Health Care Compliance and Health Care Privacy Compliance.  Ms. Brantley is a member of the American Healthcare Association, American Health Lawyers Association, and Health Care Compliance Association.
